fix GDI usage errors in font precache

fix GDI usage errors:
+ use ReleaseDC to free DC obtained via GetDC
+ de-select font object prior to deleting it

I don't know how to figure out who wrote it originally, as it pre-dates the
current repository.  It goes back to the initial commit in 2008, was moved by
darin, then moved by sanjeevr, then moved by you to the present location.  Who
would you suggest to review it?

to be clear, you should look at who wrote the code that you're modifying. that's
