I think we do want this in the case where there is no recently closed menu

I pulled it out for now to prevent having two items with the same id. When I fix
the spacing issue with the Other Devices menu, I'll make sure that there is
always a separator between the right-most menu and the web store link.

^^ you could just alternately change the [id] to a [class].

Yeah, but I'm not sure that we really want the separator between the two menus.
This is a simple way to solve the problem for now.
