Since mirrors are part of the corelib at least in the current implementation is
this import needed. I am not sure if it is a good thing that this works.
It gets really confusing if somebody uses a prefix here.
e.g: #import('dart:mirrors', prefix:'core_mirror');

We are treating 'dart:mirrors' as an external library now and not part of
corelib so this import is ok.
