The in-browser version isn't going to work for NaCl-in-Chromium just yet, so
this would make chrome_browser_tests fail when Chromium's DEPS is updated.  I'd
suggest dropping the in-browser version of this test for now and let's focus on
the backtracing first.

I've disabled when disable_dynamic_plugin_loading is on, which should keep this
from running with sel_ldr in chrome.
This is the use case we're actually trying to get to folks so it seems kind of
important to test it?
