I'm super-sorry to have to say this, but this can't be the correct approach.
There has to be a way for the window to ask the view what the preferred size is
when it gets zoomed, but having the notification pass up through browser and
then back down into the TCV is just wrong. I should have seen the cast in
BrowserWindowCocoa and pushed back.

I'm reworking TCVMac right now, but I'm heading out on vacation for two weeks.
:( When I get back, I need to work with you to rewire this so that it works for
everyone in a sane way.

Actually, I see how to fix this in a relatively simple way. Will send review.
