Looking at the CalculateChildrenBounds method, it appeared that if the sidebar
was never used, any time calculate children was called it would populate the
second/third arguments with a new gfx::Rect, which means there should be no
point in calling it...however, I may have grossly misunderstood this.  Please
let me know.
