Description

Add some VLOG debugging info for extensions updating. Eventually it would be great to have something more user friendly like chrome:net-internals, but this is at least a start. BUG=30812 TEST=Run chrome with --vmodule=extension_updater=2, then try doing an extension update check (eg from chrome://extensions page, turn on development mode and then hit the update now button).
