Hi James,

Can you please have a look at this CL, which is part of the Bluetooth UI
refresh.  Rather than basing the device list on the style used for the internet
settings page, the updated UI is modeled based on the deletable items list. 
Partitioning the UI review in 3 chunks: the new device list, Bluetooth overlays
(for adding and pairing devices), and finally integration into the settings
page. The file bluetooth_device_list.js is based on bluetooth_list_element.js,
which will soon be removed.
