Sure. Do note that the methods that subsequently takes the result from this
helper, ShellUtil::CreateChromeShortcut and ShellUtil::UpdateChromeShortcut,
accept an empty FilePath, so we still have to check if avatar_image is NULL at
some point (see my changes below).
