for this and above, since we're currently working on the Content API
(http://www.chromium.org/developers/content-module/content-api), it would be
helpful if new code gets checked in with the API in mind. i.e. there should be a
content::ProfilerController  interface in content/public/browser, and a
content::ProfilerControllerImpl in content/browser that implements that
interface
