This is a change to the macro for the interface string. We probably shouldn't
change it unnecessarily. There's some kind of 'macro' annotation you can use to
keep it the same.

noelallen: This came up elsewhere...  can we make the IDL tool put _ between
words that are CamelCase in the interface name? I like the CURSOR_CONTROL style
better, personally, and I think it would be ideal if the tool does it
automatically.
