BTW AFAIK this feature does not have any integration tests. I think it should be
added soon. For a reference look at this file:
chrome/browser/sync/integration/single_client_search_engine_sync_test.cc
and two_client*

I have opened 104655 for it. If you can get to it before M17 that would be
great.
