Use of non-const reference is not allowed; you should use const reference or
non-const pointer.

I fixed it as not pointer but const reference because compiler allow to use
const PP_Var& here.
But, I don't have a confidence that releasing binding context really could be
handled as const.

I'd like to know your idea.
