Added a switch to enable a unified text checker and asynchronous
text checking.

It will enable us to use asynchronous spelling text checking
feature which will be implemeneted in WebKit.

if both of these fields in WebPreferences are set to the exact same value, then
why do we need both?  do you have another use case in mind where they might
sometimes be different?

Oh. Fix typos in the change description. Do not put review instructions in the

in the review email. And you really, really need to have a bug number. Don't
