Are you planning this for a situation when there might be multiple
ProfileDownloader instances?

Not sure whether it'll be important for your case but: note that if image
decoding fails, failure is reported yet full name may be still valid and can be
queried.

On Chrome there will definitely be multiple downloader instances since we need
one for each profile. On Chrome you can have multiple profiles open
simultaneously.
Yea, this case isn't very important and I think ignoring it makes the API much
simpler.
