Add virtual driver to official chrome builder output.


BUG=
TEST=No visible changes.  Virtual printer binaries should now appear on the official builder.

I had to rollback my CL for copying the GCP files out of the official builds
because those files weren't actually getting generated as part of the official
build target.

This adds them to the build target.  Once I've confirmed that the files are
getting generated correctly I'll re-add my previous CL.
