At first, I'm sorry I misunderstand the build break reason and waste your time.
I thought the build-break reason as wrong include path, but now, I find I was
wrong(I found try bot set a correct include path).

So, I have no idea for the build break now.
I will investigate again.
(I wonder if this CL works fine, I believe the old cl also work.)
