This appeared totally broken to me according to the spec.  A and B both define
static var s and static method foo.  When A extends B, these static fields will
shadow each other which appears illegal to me when reading the spec on Static
Methods and Static Fields.  Like the other case that looks truly broken, it may
be worth keeping this around as a negative test to verify that this is
forbidden.

Agree about the negative test. And it's great that frog found an error on this
test. Yay for conformance!
