I meant just in the header.

These three people contributed ECC code to NSS.  The
declaration of this function is not ECC specific, and
this header is intended to declare all or most functions
we copied from NSS, so it isn't necessary to acknowledge
the ECC contributors in this header.

On the other hand, pk11akey.cc has ECC related code, so
we should acknowledge the ECC contributors.
