Add libxt-dev to the package list.

Looks fine, but why do we need to add libxt-dev to the list?  Was it split out

Dunno. On fresh install I got build error, smth like "cannot find -lXt", then
installed libxt-dev and it helped.

LGTM.  If you happen to know which command failed, I would be interested in
seeing it, but it's not a big deal either way.
