Description

[Sync UI] When signed in, choosing the sync wrench menu item should navigate to personal options. BUG=99538 TEST=Sign in to chrome. Choose the wrench menu item "Signed in as...". The browser should navigate to chrome://settings/personal, not chrome://settings/syncSetup. Committed: http://src.chromium.org/viewvc/chrome?view=rev&revision=104643
