r6853: (bradchen) Add some missing license headers.

r6856: (mcgrathr) Pre-committing testdata for http://codereview.chromium.org/8161004/
r6857: (pdox) Roll UPSTREAM_REV/LLVM_PROJECT_REV to bring in llvm merge up to r141295.
