This pulls in the following Native Client changes:

r6685: (mcgrathr) Add valgrind suppression for test_infoleak to work around valgrind bug

r6687: (robertm) Updated known torture test failures for pnacl-gcc
r6688: (bsy) nacl-repo-side changes to enable reverse channel closure notification callbacks.
r6689: (mcgrathr) Update glibc revision to e59bca8
r6690: (pdox) Remove NaCl-specific ELF headers from LLVM.
r6691: (pdox) PNaCl's ELF ABI has changed. Circular dependencies make it hard to do this atomically.
r6692: (mcgrathr) Clear x87, SSE, and AVX register state when switching to untrusted code
r6693: (pdox) Push UPSTREAM_REV down one revision, until bugs are fixed.
r6694: (pdox) Update UPSTREAM_REV to pull in a merge with LLVM r139687
r6695: (pdox) Update LLVM_PROJECT_REV to 139687. Accidentally omitted from r6694.
