Evan, I suspect you may be the best to chime in on the Linux cross-compiling
side. If you know of someone better to review, please let me know.

Now that V8 has been rolled (http://crrev.com/100348), which includes
V8-specific use of -m32, this seems to be passing the bots that cross-compile.

Bots seem to be OK with this change (they fail before the V8 roll, as expected),
but I wasn't sure if you saw any issues - on the GYP side or in general.
