This LGTM, but see if gabor has anything to add.  He first ported leveldb to
android but I'm not sure what the state of that is.

Is this for Clank? If so, this looks good, but don't forget to port the
atomic ops.

An Android port currently resides here:
https://github.com/gaborcselle/leveldb/tree/android
But it will soon move back to Google Code.
