Update binutils URL and sha1sum for gold sources

Update binutils URL and sha1sum for gold sources

The ftp.gnu.org archive got rebuilt and changed some files in place under
the same name but with rebuilt contents.  The best binutils source archive
that is now available there is the 2.21.1a file, which has a verified .sig
(GPG signature) file.

Have you tested this? binutils-2.21.1a.tar.bz2 contains a directory named
binutils-2.21.1. Thus we'll fail on line 61. I believe binutils-2.21.1.tar.bz2
and binutils-2.21.1a.tar.bz2 are the same, so you only need to update the
sha1sum.

Good catch.  I was trying to go with the apparently preferred name of the file
on the archive, intuited by the presence of the .sig file for the "a" name.  But
it is indeed identical and it's not worth fiddling the script more to account
for the unusual disparity between file name and directory name within it.

jam: This CL is ok as is. We should get it in to get past the failing sha1sum
error. Ping me on chat and we can look at why your version of gold is not
updated.
