This and a couple of other files are autogenerated by
native_client/tools/srpcgen.py. So we will need to change that script in nacl
repo and/or move it here and regenerate the files.

There is a diff test that compares what's generated to what is checked in. I
think it is disabled now though because nfullagar tried to change the script
that generates these files to use Chromium copyrights, which broke the test.
This means you can now update these copyrights in this CL.
