Optional nit: I wonder if this should be named "UiStrings"?  Google C++ style
guide
(http://google-styleguide.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/cppguide.xml?showone=Type_N...)
gives "UrlTable" as an example class name, which suggests that acronyms should
only have first letter upper-case.
