Will native client developers know that "untrusted" is them? I always have to
think briefly about untrusted even now. Maybe we should say something like
"untrusted (Native Client)" in the first place we mention untrusted in each
comment?

I agree with brettw. I think wording like 'native client' instead of 'untrusted'
may make more sense to external developers.

I used "untrusted implementation" to match existing references to "trusted
implementations". I now added (Native Client) like Brett suggested and also
uploaded the missing cpp file. Thanks!
