NaCl: Update revision in DEPS, r6275 -> r6303

This pulls in the following Native Client changes:

Yesterday's DEPS update (http://codereview.chromium.org/7559001/)
failed on a pristine build.  This new update includes the fix, r6302,
and I'm testing the pristine build locally first on Linux.
