I don't think we want to claim so high on the DPI, in case an upstream app wants
to re-sample images itself. I'd suggest 600 or 300 as a default, you may want to
consult Paolo.

I think we should have several of these, to match our expected CUPS raster
output resolutions - 300, 340, 600. The idea again being that have a reasonable
set may prevent unwanted upstream re-sampling of images.

Does this font list match what our PDF converter has installed? Otherwise
producers won't have a chance to properly embed fonts.
