enable antialiasing for skia-gpu

enable antialiasing for skia-gpu

This fixes hulu.com (yay!) and does not seem to slow down these sites:
- fishtank
- speedreading
- galaxy

Note -- I ran DRT locally, but I'm not seeing the failures I would expect... :(

Here's what I ran

    ./third_party/WebKit/Tools/Scripts/new-run-webkit-tests --platform chromium-gpu

For what it's worth, I'm in the process of cleaning up current failures in the
gpu bots.  Most of them are related to video and require rebaselines after a
recent video change.

OK, I'll commit this assuming I get reasonable results from the layout bots
