I wonder if we might be better off making the two pages have completely
different css files, as they have very little in common. I should probably have
done that in my previous CL.

Also, can you provide more detail about how this affects the appearance of the
page?

Perhaps. But the CSS file is rather small.

I'm more concerned about sharing the CSS for this page between the WebApp and
the me2me (extension/appengine) version.

This removes the white border so that the screen takes up the entire window
which also makes the scrollbars (for the debug info) actually fit in the screen.

IOW, it makes it look like it used to. ^_^
