Description

[Sync] Tweaks to About tab of chrome://sync-internals Have a separate field for "Sync Initialized" instead of overwriting the status. Have a single unrecoverable_error_detected string (so that "Unrecoverable error" doesn't flash on load). BUG=69843 TEST= Committed: http://src.chromium.org/viewvc/chrome?view=rev&revision=85219
