Enable continuous parsing and add host names to global autoserv.DEBUG entries.

Enabled continuous parsing by passing the server_job object to each machine_worker and then starting a parser on each test execution.

Added the host name to log entries by specifying the host subdirectory on subcommand initialization.

Eric,

Here are a couple clean up items for the new work distribution.  Continuous
parsing is nice for long running suites since the results are available on the
front end while the job runs.  And Dale noticed that the regressions suite adds
the host name to log entries, so I enabled this here as well to make the logs
easier to read.
