I get the following build error since the preparser got into
SConscript/SConstruct (http://codereview.chromium.org/6772002):

Thank you for the patch.
The scanner_constants bug has (just) been fixed in revision 7420.
The wrong NULL argument needs to be fixed. I think it's just the order of the
arguments, so the second should be NULL. I'll adapt and land the patch.
