Narrow 176.gcc validation exclusion to issue 893 (x86-32 pnacl).

TEST=
- confirm that x86-32 is still an issue.
- run spec on all other platforms to confirm it is not an issue on those.
- gcl try THISCL --bot nacl-lucid64-pnacl2
  (to double check)

Oh, the bug report already has a commandline for reproducing it:
tools/llvm/utman.sh test-spec <spec-source-directory> SetupPnaclX8632Opt 176.gcc

though it is easily lost in the rest of the text in that report.
