AFAICT the old code wasn't invoking SchedulePaint either. Any idea why it is
necessary now? Either way, I don't think this it right place to SchedulePaint.
It should be done when active status changes. Most likely in
WidgetGtk::ActiveWindowChanged.

BrowserFrameGtk::IsActiveChanged used to call SchedulePaint. This would be
equivalent.

I too think that is a better place, since this will fix the same issue for other
widgets.
