Shorten RemoveDirectory and rename to rmtree. Remove rmtree from fake_repos.

Keep an alias to RemoveDirectory, will be removed in a later change.

Based on http://codereview.chromium.org/6625018 since it reuses the TrialDir
class.

This change deletes more code than it adds and add a unit test, Evan should be
happy.

FTR, I want to move all unit tests that uses temporary files/dirs to use
TrialDir, and I want to split FakeReposBase in two to make it easier to reuse
and more readable.
