After copy switches from browser commandline, you need to append
kDisableGLMultisampling switch even it's not passed into browser, if
GpuDataManager::GpuFeatureAllowed(GpuFeatureFlags::kGpuFeatureMultisampling) is
false.

Good point, although that's rather tricky because we're on the wrong thread to
access that info. I'll see what I can do.
