IMPORTANT: Please implement this method in xmpp_client_socket_factory.cc.

Comparing with the
XmppClientSocketFactory::CreateSSLClientSocket definition,
you will see that this method probably should be implemented as

  client_socket_factory_->ClearSSLSessionCache();

instead of a no-op.
