Along with this CL I would like to just double check that the correct formatting
for the cbootimage project is four space hard tabs.  I was told it was at one
point, but double checking is good because it is a non-standard formatting for C
these days.

how about just set indentation to 8 since it's kernel source standard format.

Done, I switch the dir-locals to 8 space tabs.  And fixed a couple of locations
where I had messed up the indentation due to the tab stop misunderstanding.
