Please upstream the include file and sdhci-tegra piece, the board piece isn't
upstreamable just yet so we'll keep it in our tree for now.

That's also what I requested when I asked to separate board change from driver
change since merge path is different (include file goes with driver in this
case).

Since the driver pieces are staged for .40, LGTM!

I'll take the board piece through my tegra branch for upstream.
