V8-specific release-specific flags in the gyp build.

This iteration of this CL adds back missing -f* flags (see below) and
-DENABLE_LOGGING_AND_PROFILING, and replaces the Chrome common -O2 setting with
-O3.

mmentovai's trying to use gyp to steer everything towards more common flags
across all components.  To that extent, some of these flags might be candidates
for build/common.gypi, or conversely v8 may require removing more of the common
settings than just -O2.  Let me know.

For reference, here are kasperl's noted before-and-after differences in the v8
release build:

Before gyp:
-m32
-fno-exceptions -fno-rtti
-fdata-sections -ffunction-sections
-O3 -fomit-frame-pointer
-DENABLE_LOGGING_AND_PROFILING

After gyp:
-m32
-pthread
-fno-exceptions
-march=pentium4 -msse2 -mfpmath=sse
-O2
-DCHROMIUM_BUILD
-DNDEBUG
