Mask the introspection USE flag at profile level.

Disable the introspection USE flag at profile level.

This allows to backport (without changing them) the ebuilds for recent
GNOME packages, that have the introspection USE flag available, such as
glib and libsoup.

Should we have to rev the ebuild ? Just wondering if the binary packages for
the older ebuild with the same name and different use flags cause any
problems.

If use flags are changed, emerge will pick it up -- there's no problem there. So
no need to rev packages just for use flag changes.
