Please leave the compile asserts immediately after the type definitions (for all
of the types).  The compile assert code is automatically generated and is meant
to be right after the types they go with.

Also...  I kind of liked having 'End addtogroup <whatever>' because it will
prevent a developer from coming along and saying "What is this weird comment?  I
might as well delete it"
