as backup reviewers.  If you do, please list yourself

I think if you and eroman were listed in net\OWNERS. then you could still
approve changes in net\ftp

Would it make more sense to do it that way?

This was my original assumption. I can add a net/OWNERS file with wtc and
eroman inside. What do you think?

net/OWNERS will have about 10 people, but eroman and I
are the two people phajdan.jr usually asked to review his
FTP patches.  This is why I suggested listing eroman and me
in net/ftp/OWNERS.  But the net/ftp/OWNERS file is fine as
is.
