Description

Disabling sync stress tests since they occasionally time out The sync stress tests (that use 10 sync clients) occasionally time out on the sync builders. The cause is not fully apparent at this time, and it doesn't make sense to arbitrarily increase the test timeout. Disabling tests until a long term fix is found.
