Update checks of multi-installs now use the proper app guid.

BUG=61609
TEST=install Chrome with --multi-install, monitor GoogleUpdate's log (e.g., via Sawbuck), and confirm that an update check uses the multi-installer package's app guid.

PackageProperties represents the package of files rather than one of the
products.  There is a great deal of overlap between it and BrowserDistribution. 
I'm of a mind that they should share a common base.  I'll leave that for a later
change, though.

My conscience has been bugging me since sending this out for review.  I'm going
to refactor this change a bit so that browser doesn't need to know about
multi-install.  I'll re-submit for review shortly.
