Move chrome/browser/gtk to chrome/browser/ui/gtk

Move *.cc and *.h files from chrome/browser/gtk and subdirs.
Create stub headers in chrome/browser/gtk/ and subdirs.
Update .gypi files to reference chrome/browser/ui/gtk/ and subdirs.

TEST=Compiles and passes trybots...

Ready for review, but I'm going to update the copyright dates, sync, and run
another try job... hopefully the tree will be a little greener by then (lkgr is
old!).

I'll remove stubs and update references with another change.

how did you achieve this move? Did you svn mv the files to the new location then
create copies for the stubs? I think that's the only way to preserve version
history for the new files.

Ah, I did that for *.cc, but I copied *.h files to the new locations and added
them...
It'll be easy for me to redo this the correct way, I'll ping you when that's

By copy do you mean cp or svn cp?
